The air machine was not working properly. The first 2 min at all and you are not able to pump your tires. You have 30 sec left after. So you need to keep adding money. Again and again. And no guarantee that job will be done. There was a car parked in front of the Air machine as well, which I believe it is not supposed to be there, because you are not able to use it. Staff on the site said they can do nothing to help me, so basically no refund, no help, not a single solution to my problem. I was lucky to have a foot pump in my car to pump my tires, but what about the other people which will try to use it? Quite disappointed and will not use it again. The staff on site is not able to solve any issues.To the management:Please remove the air machine or fix it.It is misleading to continue offer the service as it is, as you are charging the people for a service you are not able to provide!P. S. No one ever explained to me about the black tire button or pointed out this to me! I am expressing my own opinion.And I leave bad reviews very very rare, only when there is a reason for this - people have right to know!Someone from the staff left a review here accusing me of lying - this is totally unacceptable! I left hundreds of reviews and always trying to be realistic about my experience. You need to face it when the customers are not happy and learn from this, not accusing them. You can learn even from the negative feedback and prevent it in the future!
Kalin kalpachev. It's really hard to help someone who think they can't be wrong but someone or something else to be blamed for. The Machine is brand new and works perfectly. However,when l asked the gentlemen what was the process he followed, he pointed out the flat tire button and then tried to adjust pressure as a following step.after l have explained to him that this setting can be used for flat tires only and once it's been activated,pressure can't be adjusted and it fills tires up automatically.this mistake could have been prevented by having a quick look at the instructions printed on the machine. After all,he still refused to take responsibility and ordering us to put money in machine, otherwise he will give us one star on Google review.I personally found his attitude very rude and unhelpful.this is not the appropriate way to seek assistance.More importantly, how can you blackmail someone else simply because of your own mistake.if the gentleman admitted that it was his own mistake and ask if there is anything can be done,it would have been a totally different story and get the help he needed. By the way, the gentleman fed the machine only once which can be proved by cctv, so he is again not telling the truth.
