Amazing service, quick and affordable, had my dog spayed here and the "work" is excellent. Even from the day she was discharged the scar was hardly noticeable. Aftercare is great too

BEWARE AND AVOID! They tried saying my cat had lukemia and needed al this treatment and xrays? I took him to pets at home for second opinion and it was just hypersensitivity! I was shocked! Scammed us out off over 40 medication he didn't need! I was talking to a friend about it after and he used to see a nurse there who told him they work on commission! Makes sence scam artists should be ashamed and closed down!
Just had the most appalling experience at a vet ever in my entire life. My dog had a seizure and I was confronted by a very truculent vet nurse who wanted me to diagnose what sort of "seizure" she had, had and put her on the floor in the waiting room to see if she could walk. She told me to "calm down" and was extremely patronizing. Then when I go into see the vet with my dog, I get a vet who seems to think I am in the next valley and ai have to request she not shout (which she does for maybe 5 minutes and lowers her tone) My dog in a lot of distress has bloods taken and anal glands squeezed and bites me in the process because I am having to do the lions share of holding her down. At one point the nurse does mention that "maybe we should get the muzzle" I pay and leave after being told they will phone with blood results rueing the day I ever phoned for an appointment. Rude, uncaring...distressing in fact for me and my dog.
Regularly visit the Tonypandy vets with my Chihuauah's, always been very professional and extremely friendly to myself and my dogs, my dogs are always made such a fuss of which they absolutely love
