Disgraceful. Setup for the unemployed. I've tried to book an appointment for a Friday for a month.. call in the morning at 8am they say, knowing full well that the appointment line is engaged, permanently. Health isn't the priority here, it's business. I'm changing surgeries from the one I've tried endlessly to make an appointment with but never been able to visit, to somewhere, anywhere else. If you're emoted and need to register with a GP - avoid this one

PLEASE BE A+ PATIENT PATIENT while this is continuing / going on ! "Thank You ever so much !"ADDENDUM : - "Have you (ever) noticed /(ever) seen the 'Notice' that is DISPLAYED PROMINENTLY on the Patient Lavatory / Toilet Door ? The notice states/says 'PATIENT TOILET' ! In my life of 53+ years so far, I have yet to FIND a MORE 'PATIENT TOILET' !
Over 65 calls in half hour to get through, whenever i get through to book an appointment they never answer, I'm currently waiting while the phone rings for the 5th time currently at 5 mins and still not spoken to anyone, and this is a consistent issue the wait time is almost as bad as a+e.
Older staff on main desk are very rude and unhelpful
